You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access - Keeping your account information up to date

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: - Use the platform for any unlawful purpose - Impersonate any person or entity - Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems - Upload malicious code or harmful content - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Student Responsibilities

Students using our platform agree to: - Attend scheduled placement sessions on time - Follow workplace policies and procedures - Maintain professional conduct during placements - Complete required check-ins and documentation - Communicate promptly about any issues or concerns - Respect confidentiality of employer information

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using our platform agree to: - Provide accurate information about opportunities - Ensure a safe and appropriate work environment - Supervise students appropriately during placements - Provide constructive feedback to students - Comply with all applicable employment laws - Report any concerns or incidents promptly

7. School Responsibilities

Schools and coordinators using our platform agree to: - Verify student eligibility for placements - Monitor student progress and wellbeing - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Respond to employer concerns in a timely manner - Ensure appropriate safeguarding measures are in place

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the NWIEP platform are owned by NWIEP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.
